摘要
为测试车辆变速箱同步器的性能与寿命,需要开发一套测控系统.据此开发的这套系统是利用微机及液压伺服系统作为机械手来驱动变速箱上的操纵杆运动来仿真人工换挡过程,利用变频器、交流电机来控制变速箱转速来模拟同步器实际工况.并对采集来的各种传感器信号进行分析处理,从而对将开发的或现有的被测同步器性能与可靠性进行评价.
To test the auto synchronizer's capability and the life-span,we need the testing system to evaluate it.This system developed by us used industry computer and the hydraulic pressure server system as the ma- nipulator to drive the gearlever for simulate the process of changing shaft,and used the transducer,alternating current to control the rotate speed of transmission case to simulate the practice condition.And by analyzed sig- nals of all kinds of sensors,we can evaluate the ability and reliability of the future or current testing synchro- nizer.
