摘要
图书馆工作人员的职业素养问题已成为当前必须全力解决的核心问题之一,现代图书馆需要一支具有较高职业素养,特别是信息素养的馆员队伍。文章从馆员职业素养提高的必要性出发,分析了图书馆员应具备的基本职业素养,提出了提高馆员职业素养的有效途径和方法。
The professional quality of librarians has become a core issue in digitital times.It is the most important that the modern library needs a team who has higher professional qualities and information literacy. Starting from the necessity that raising the professional qualities,the paper analyzes the features of professional qualities and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop professional qualities of librarians.
