摘要
在文丘里装置内对铝制翼型开展磨损破坏试验研究,采用SEM观测翼型表面不同位置磨损破坏微观破坏形貌,测量翼型表面从头部到尾部宏观破坏深度。对试验工况下装置内固液两相流场进行数值模拟研究,获取翼型表面流场内液固两相速度场及固相在流场内的浓度分布等特征。依据数值模拟结果对翼型磨损破坏微观破坏模式及宏观破坏深度进行分析。
the silt abrasion experiments of aluminum hydrofoil are carried out in Venturi apparatus.The microscopic appearance of hydrofoil in different position is observed by SEM.The macroscopic wear depth of hydrofoil from the leading edge to the trailing edge is measured.The liquid-particle flow at experimental conditions is studied by CFD method,and the velocity field and concentration field etc.of particle are got.The analysis of microscopic damage pattern and macro wear depth is carried out according to the res...
