低密度开孔弹性泡沫材料的非线性拉伸本构关系 被引量:2

NONLINEAR TENSILE CONSTITUTIVE RELATION OF OPEN-CELL ELASTIC FOAMS WITH LOW DENSITY

摘要 文中基于Kelvin十四面体模型,对低密度开孔弹性泡沫材料的拉伸大变形行为进行理论分析。首先,利用对称性条件对模型进行简化,得到易于分析的半支柱模型。然后,利用Elastica弹性挠曲理论,分析单轴拉伸下胞体的力学行为和支柱的变形情况,得到弹性模量、泊松比及非线性拉伸应力—应变曲线。同时,分析截面形状和泡沫材料相对密度的影响。文中所得拉伸弹性性能与Zhu等人在压缩情况下的结果相一致,但拉伸变形曲线特征与压缩时明显不同,却与实验曲线一致。 The Kelvin geometric model is used to analyze the large tensile deformation of low-density elastic open-cell foams theoretically.Firstly,considering to the symmetric condition of cell model,it can be simplified to a half-strut model.Secondly,using Elastica theory,the deformation of strut and the mechanical behavior of cell in larger strain range are analyzed.The elastic constants and the tensile stress-strain curves of open-cell foams are obtained.Lastly,the influences of strut cross sections and relative d...
