摘要
肩周炎,俗称五十肩,属中医学痹证范畴,又称漏肩风、肩凝、冻结肩等。廉玉麟教授经过多年临床实践探索,根据肩周炎病理变化,将其分为2期:急性期和稳定期。急性期针刺治疗以远端取穴为主,采用"巨刺"法,针刺中平穴,肩关节周围围刺作为配穴;稳定期针刺只局部取穴,主要采用"肩三透",配穴同急性期。此针法临床疗效显著,且方法简单易行,便于临床推广。
