摘要
当前 ,我国社会信用体系发育程度低和社会信用普遍严重缺失 ,已成为制约市场正常运行和市场健康有序发展的一个相当突出的问题。认真分析诚信缺失危害和原因 ,突出个人诚信是基础、企业诚信是重点、政府诚信是关键的信用理念 ,努力建设与现代市场相适应的社会信用体系。
Nowadays, it has become a serious problem that the credit system of our society is not mature and the society is short of honesty and credit, which has affected the regular move and healthy development of the market. We should analyze the cause and danger of the phenomenon, stick to the rule that the individual honesty is the base, the enterprise credit is the emphasis, and the government trustworthiness is the key, establish a social credit system, which get along well with the modern market.
