摘要
We try to find and analyse from modern economics point the reason for destruction of exchange shop in Shanxi Province.Thereby,we bring the concept of management by conventional person which depend on the perspicuity of property right、construction of system as well as the point of taking measures to consummate the structure of conventional person management.
