摘要
如何实施农村现代远程教育 ,把农村沉重的人口负担变成巨大的人力资源 ,现提出了发展农村现代远程教育的优势、发展农村现代远程教育将给农村教育带来深刻的变化、发展农村现代远程教育的原则。
According to how to put modern distance education in rural area into effect,and to change the heavy population burden of rural area into the huge human resources,the author puts forward the superiority,changes,principles,forms and contents of developing modern distance educatoin in rural area,which are for reflection and discussion.
