摘要
随着污染减排工作的不断深入,环保产业正成为转变经济发展方式、发展绿色经济、引领产业升级和各行业技术进步的重要技术支撑。以齐齐哈尔市环保产业发展为例,对老工业基地发展环保产业过程中存在的问题与发展进行了探讨,并提出建议。
With the continuous deepening of pollution reduction,environmental protection industry is becoming an important material and technological mean to change mode of economic development,develop green economy,lead industry upgrading and technological progress in various industries.The paper analyses problems of developing environmental protection industry in old industrial base such as Qiqihaer and puts forward suggestions.
