摘要
FOB是国际贸易中的常用术语,但在使用FOB术语的情况下,卖方面临的风险越来越多,尤其是当结算方式采用电汇支付方式时,卖方应该提高法律意识,增强风险防范能力,以保障出口收汇安全顺利完成。
FOB is a term used frequently in international trade,but the sellers have to face much more risks when using FOB term,especially the method of settling accounts adopt the mode of payment-T/T.So the sellers should enhance legal consciousness to strengthen risk-resisting ability and ensure the safe and favorable accomplishment of the foreign exchange earnings from export.
