摘要
依据国标GB/T 6432—94饲料中粗蛋白的测定方法,讨论了饲料粗蛋白检测中的测量不确定度的影响因素,对测试过程中的测量不确定度分量进行了分析、评定和计算,求出饲料中粗蛋白测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.29%和0.58%,并对测量结果进行了表述。
Accord with nation standard GB/T 6432—94 which tests the content of crude protein in feed,the influencing of the uncertainty of measurement in the determination of crude protein content in feed are discussed and the components of the uncertainty of measurement in the testing are analyzed,evaluated and calculated.The compound standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of crude protein reported are 0.29% and 0.58% respectively and the measurement results were expressed.
