摘要
本文建立了一种以没食子酸为基准物质、酒石酸亚铁作显色剂测定蔗汁中酚含量的方法。显色物质在535nm处有最大吸收,应用3倍标准差法测得检出限为2mg/L(n=10),测得平均加标回收率为98.3%,精密度(RSD)小于5%。方法重现性、回收率和稳定性好,简便可行。
In the paper, the method to determine the content of phenol in sugarcane juice using the benchmark of gallic acid, the reagent of ferrous tartrate, is presented. The absorption peak is at 535 nm. The detection limit is 2 mg/L (n=10) estimated by 3 times standard. The average recovery rate with adding standard levels is 98.3%. The relative standard deviation (RSD%) was lower than 5%. The method is good at reproducibility, recovery rate and stability. It is also feasible.
