摘要
当前全球经济衰退背景下,发达国家纷纷采取贸易保护主义措施,引起全球贸易保护主义兴起。经济衰退凸显了发达国家遭遇的就业冲击。在新的国际分工格局下,就业竞争呈现全球化态势。贸易保护的实质是就业保护,发达国家的就业保护给发展中国家带来深刻启示,中国也需要采取一定的应对措施。
