摘要
目的探讨成人肝细胞移植治疗肝衰竭的临床效果。方法从良性病变的外科肝切除组织中获取有活性的成人肝细胞,对2例肝衰竭患者采用股动脉插管介入法行脾脏内移植。结果2例患者在治疗后病情均得到一定程度的缓解,临床症状和生化指标明显改善,其肝功能有一定程度的恢复,但例1术后第3 d胆红素上升,术后第4 d出现肝昏迷而自动出院;例2于术后1周黄疸指数再次升高,术后40 d死亡。结论成人肝细胞脾脏内移植治疗肝衰竭,技术上安全可行,且具有一定临床疗效;如何增强移植后肝细胞的数量和功能将是维持受体肝功能持续改善的关键。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the adult hepatocyte transplantation originated from the intravital hepatectomy. Method Two cases of acute liver failure were implanted the hepatocytes originated from the intravital hepatectomy into pulpa splenica by intervention therapy.
