摘要
从应用社会学和社会政策角度,分析和总结德国社会保障模式成功的经验及对中国社会保障制度改革的启示。从社会政策的边际效应、以政府为主体的社会整合、渐进式方式以及专业从业人员等方面,提出中国社会保障制度改革成功的可能性。
The successful experience of Germany social security mode is analyzed and summarized from the aspects of applied sociology and social policy in order to enlighten Chinese social security system reform.The possibility of successful Chinese social security system reform is proposed based on the aspects of the marginal effect of the social policy,the social combination with the government as the main body,the gradual development and the professional staff.
