摘要
目的研究白细胞介素-1α(interleukin-1α,IL-1α)、白细胞介素1β(interleukin 1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)在突出腰椎间盘中的表达与病程的相关性,探讨其在腰椎间盘退变、坐骨神经痛发生机制中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学方法,对腰椎间盘突出症56例患者的突出椎间盘组织IL-1α、IL-1β、TNF-α的表达进行检测,依病程长短分为A、B 2组。并取8例正常间盘组织进行对照。结果 A组免疫组织化学阳性率,IL-1α、IL-1β 81.8%(1 8/22),TNF-α45.5%(10/22);B组免疫组织化学阳性率,IL-1α、IL-1β 88.2%(30/34),TNF-α 35.3%(12/34);对照组3种因子的免疫组织化学阳性率均为1 2.5%(1/8)。结论白细胞介素-1、TNFα在突出腰椎间盘组织中的表达与病程无相关性。
Objective To research the correlation among the expression of interleukin-1α (IL-1α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in herniary intervertebral disc and the course of disease and approach their effects on the development of degeneration of lumbar intervertebral disc and sciatica.Methods The expression of IL-1α;IL-1β and TNF-α in 56 herniary intervertebral disc tissues specimens were determined by immunohistochemistry.The specimens were divided into two groups according to the course of disease,and 8 normal intervertebral disc tissues were collected as the control group.Results The positive rate in Group A,IL-1α,IL-1β 81.8%(18/22),TNF-a 45.5%(10/22);Group B,IL-1α,IL-1β 88.2%(30/34),TNF-α 35.3% (12/34).Control group,Three factors were both 12.5%(1/8).Conclusion There is no correlation between the expression of interleukin-1,TNF-α in the herniary intervertebral disc tissues and the course of disease.
