摘要
目的探讨蝶形隧道切口娩核非超声乳化白内障摘除术的疗效及价值。方法 2008年4月-2008年7月对白内障患者211眼随机行超声乳化手术(78眼)和蝶形隧道切口娩核非超声乳化摘除术(133眼),观察术后视觉质量、手术成本及患者满意度。结果蝶形隧道切口娩核非超声乳化术组手术成本及住院费用明显低于超声乳化术组,且术后视觉质量与超声乳化术组无显著差异,不影响患者对视力提高的满意度。结论蝶形隧道切口娩核非超声乳化白内障摘除术尤其适合在基层医院开展,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss' the clinical outcome and value of the non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery of butterfly-shaped tunnel incision to extract nucleus. Methods From April 2008 to July 2008,a total of 211 cataract surgeries were performed,including 78 phacoemulsification surgery and 133 non-phacoemulsificate surgery by butterfly-shape tunnel incision to extract nucleus,and then follow-up observations on post-surgery visual quality,surgery cost and the patient satisfactory level were made.Results The latter surgery style offered obvious lower surgery cost and inpatient hospital charges,while the two kinds of surgery style were close in terms of the post-surgery visual quality and make no difference about the patient satisfactory level of visual acuity improvement.Conclusion The cataract non-phacoemulsification surgery by butterfly-shaped tunnel incision to extract nucleus is a good choice for the hospitals in rural areas, and should be recommended.
