摘要
软交换技术是下一代网络的核心技术,为下一代通信网中语音、数据、视频业务提供呼叫控制和连接控制功能。文章介绍了软交换的概念及其网络体系结构,分析了电力通信网的现状及存在的问题,阐明了将软交换技术引入电力通信网的意义,并展望了其在调度通信系统中的应用模型。
As the key technology in next generation telecommunication network,Soft switch provides calling and connection control for voice,data and video information in NGN.This paper introduces the basic concepts and hierarchical structure of soft switch,analyzes the current status and the existing problems of electric power telecommunication network,clarifies the significance of soft switch used in electric power telecommunication network,and finally gives an outlook of the application model in the dispatching communication network.
