摘要
目的探讨静注肾上腺素加用参附注射液(SF)对家兔心搏呼吸骤停模型心肺复苏(CPR) 的影响。方法将32只家兔随机分为SF组、对照组,每组16只;制备家兔心搏呼吸骤停模型,并在 4min后开始CPR,统计CPR成功率。结果两组CPR成功率具有显著性差异(P<0．05),SF组为 81．25％,对照组为68,75％。结论静注肾上腺素加用SF可显著提高家兔心搏呼吸骤停模型CPR 成功率。
Objective To study the influence of Adrenaline and Shenfu Injection(SF) on the cardiopul-monary resuscitation(CPR) of the rabbit breath and cardiac arrest model. Methods 30 rabbits were randomly divided into SF group and control group,and each group were 16. We made the rabbit breath and cardiac arrest model,then statistic CPR success rate.Results The success rate of two groups had significant difference(P< 0.05):SF group was 81.25%,while control group was 68.75%.Conclusions The method of Injecting A-drenaline and SF could improve the success rate of rabbit breath and cardiac arrest model distinctively.
