摘要
归纳了2005年我国海事法学的论文,并按照船舶物权法、海上货物运输法、海事法、海上保险法、海事诉讼与仲裁、其他热点问题等六个方面进行综述,概括了我国海事法研究的现状,并对今后的发展提出了希望。
This paper makes a brief review on most of the papers and works published in China in the field of maritime law in 2005. Six parts are arranged in the order as follows: real right of ships and crew, the law of carriage of goods by sea, admiralty law, maritime insurance law, maritime litigation and arbitration and other hot topics. In addition, the paper summarizes the current situation of China's maritime law research and prospects its development in the future.
