摘要
当前,我国社会总体局势稳定,人民安居乐业,但是在一定范围内也存在着纷繁复杂的人民内部矛盾,出现了一些“不和谐”音符。这些矛盾成为影响构建社会主义和谐社会的重要原因。文章通过分析现阶段存在的人民内部矛盾和矛盾运动的规律,探讨了构建社会主义和谐社会的必要性和必然性,并提出要从构建和谐社会的高度认识和处理新时期人民内部矛盾。
