摘要
目的探讨超细南瓜粉对实验小鼠血糖的影响。方法将健康成年雄性昆明种小白鼠80只随机分成8组,即高、中、低剂量组及对照组各两组,分别进行降糖作用观察和糖耐量观察;各组实验动物在室温下灌胃给相应的南瓜粉或蒸馏水,降糖作用观察进行30d,实验结束测定血糖。结果超细南瓜粉在高、中剂量组与对照组比较,空腹血糖明显降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);餐后0.5及2h血糖降低非常明显,具有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论超细南瓜粉具有极好的降低血糖和调节维持血糖稳定的作用。
Objective To study the effect of superfine pumpkin powder on blood glucose in tested mice. Methods Eighty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 8 groups: high-dose groups, mid-dose group, low-dose group and control groups, each dosage has two groups and for observation of glucose reduction and glucose-tolerance.
