摘要
高校思政课新课程方案对教师队伍的整体结构和整体素质提出了新的更高的要求。要优化教师队伍结构和素质,必须严格按照课程教学需要考核和接收新教师,选派现有教师参加培训和进修,鼓励中青年教师攻读高学历(学位),定期组织教师开展内部培训和岗位练兵,广泛开展校际经验交流,促进教师在校际间的流动,并将教师队伍建设同学科建设、课程建设、教材建设紧密结合起来。
