摘要
近几年来,在科学发展观和人才观的指导下,各高校相继开展了教师职务聘任制改革工作,取得了积极的成果,同时聘任制改革也面临一些问题。本文对职务聘任制实施中面临的问题进行了分析,并初步提出了深化高校教师职务聘任制改革的建议与对策。
In recent years,under the guidance of the concept of scientific development and personnel training,various institutions have been carrying out a reform of employing teachers,and achieved positive results.While great achievements have been made,the reform is also confronted with some problems.This paper puts forward some tentative solutions on the basis of problem analyses.
