摘要
本文分析了在学分制条件下目前教务管理存在的弊端,从而提出了科学化、规范化、程序化、现代化的教务管理模式,以及不断加强教务管理人员的自身建设,以期为全校教师、学生提供最优质的服务和管理工作。
This article has analyzed the abuse of educational administration under the credit system,and thus proposed scientific,standardized,sequenced,modernized educational administration pattern,as well as the unceasingly self-construction of the educational administrative personnel,hoping to provide the highest quality service and the supervisory work for the whole staff and students.
