摘要
本文从建设学习型政党是时代发展的必然要求;建设学习型政党是践行“三个代表”思想的迫切需要;建设学习型政党是创建学习型社会的关键环节;建设学习型政党是实现“三个文明”建设的根本保障四个方面论述了建设学习型政党的必要性,进一步明确建设学习型政党的重大意义。
The paper discusses that creating a party of learning is a necessary demand for the development of the day;it is the urgent demand for putting "Three Represents" into practice;it is a key link to establish a society of learning;it is an essential guarantee to realize "Three Civilizations".Therefore,we expound the necessity to create a party of learning and further confirm the significance to create a party of learning.
