摘要
吸引外资是发挥外资促进吉林省经济发展重要作用的前提基础。而增强对外资的吸引力,必须加强投资环境建设,即在硬环境方面,不仅要加强和完善沿边口岸的基础设施建设,而且还要加强和完善长春、吉林等国家级开发区建设。在软环境方面,不仅要健全涉外的政策和法制环境,而且还要进一步转变政府职能,创造良好的服务环境。
