摘要
对社会公德的研究首先应建立在对社会本身性质的研究基础之上。本文试图通过与自愿性团体的比较 ,揭示出社会的特点 ,并根据这些特点 ,同时参照社会存在与发展的两个层次 ,寻找和建立社会公德不同层次的合法性基础 ,进而根据社会公德的合法性基础寻找提升社会公德的出路。
The study of social morality should be based on the study of social nature. This paper reveals the social characteristics by comparing with voluntary groups, searches for & set ups the different validity foundations for social morality with the aid of these social characteristics & the reference of the dual level of social existence & development, and tries to find the way out for social morality according to the foundations of validity of social morality.
