摘要
当前农村基层组织存在党组织的地位弱化、党员模范作用退化、村组干部依法治村意识淡化 ,少数干部变质蜕化和群团组织工作虚化等问题 ,因此 ,需要加深对策研究 ,进一步理顺村党支部与村委会关系 。
There exist problems like the softening of position, less influence of Party members, the dim concept of law in village leaders' administration, the corrupt quality of a small number of leaders & the superficial mass work in the present rural grass-root Party organizations. Research must be made and counter-measures must be found to promote the construction of democratic politics of rural grass-root Party organizations.
