摘要
修改后的新婚姻法 ,在很大程度上完善了我国的婚姻家庭制度 ,但在家庭暴力的概念界定、非法同居的认定及其举证责任、无过失方的损害赔偿请求权、探望权的行使及执行等方面还存在着不足 ,需要进一步地研究和补充完善。
Although China's revised marriage law has perfected the law on marriage & family in our country to a great extent, there still exist shortcomings in the definitions of the concept of family violence, illegal marriage, the damage compensation & the right for visiting of the non-fault side. Therefore, further research & perfection are needed.
