摘要
目的探讨亚低温联合机械通气治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的疗效及护理方法。方法对30例小儿病毒性脑炎予亚低温联合机械通气治疗,保持呼吸道通畅,合理降温,严密观察病情,严格执行无菌操作,防治感染,加强皮肤护理,加强肢体功能锻炼是促进患儿康复关键。结果本组30例小儿病毒性脑炎痊愈29例,放弃治疗1例,无一例有后遗症,无一例死亡。结论亚低温联合机械通气治疗小儿病毒性脑炎是可靠的,安全的,无副作用,疗效满意。
Objective To study curative effect and nursing of therapy by combining mechanical ventilation with subhypothermia to treat infant viral encephalitis.Methods All 30 cases diagnosed as infant viral encephalitis were treated with the treatment by combining mechanical ventilation with subhypothermia.The key steps were keeping respiratory tract clean,cooling properly,observing rigorously,performing asepsis operation rigidly to prevent from infection, and enhancing nursing of skin and function exercise of limbs.Results Among all 30 cases,29 cases recovered and 1 case given up the treatment,no case had sequelae or died.Conclusions The treatment of combining mechanical ventilation with subhypothermia is credible,safe,satisfied and without side effects.
