摘要
本文以设备功能框图和信号流程为基础 ,得到设备的故障信息矩阵 ,然后使用遗传规划法得到设备的最佳故障隔离策略。该最佳故障隔离策略由具有一定测试次序的测试点组成 ,使用该最佳故障隔离策略能达到用最少的测试点和最短的时间隔离故障的目的。
Based on the functional block diagram and the signal flow of an equipment,its fault information matrix is structured, and a genetic programming algorithm (GPA) is used for finding the best strategy to its fault isolation, which is made up of some ordered test points. It can be used to isolate the failed component with the fewest test points and the least time.
