摘要
对制革废水生化处理设施投资及运行费用函数的分析表明制革废水处理规模在40 0 0 t/ d以上时才具有经济上的优势 .因制革废水处理深度需达到 90 %以上 ,这使中小企业占较大数量的制革行业经济效益受到很大制约 ,为此只有通过多方融资提高投资规模 ,推行环境公用事业的企业化经营管理才能使这一问题得到合理解决 .
The cost functions of investment and treatment of tannery wastewater were studied. The results show that the cost-efficient treatment could be reached when wastewater-treated is over 4000t/d, which was born difficult by most medium-sized and small-sized tanneries in China, those tanneries is dominant in amount and concentrated in location. The scale investment of wastewater treatment facilities could be resolved by collecting tanneries′ funds under the lead of local government.
