摘要
对纯钨、镍 -钨 -铁粘结相及由这两相组成的层状复合体在简单剪切受力状态下的变形局域化过程进行了分析 ,用来模拟具有一定细观结构的钨合金复合材料变形机制 .计算结果表明 :两相材料在简单剪切作用下变形集中于粘结相中 .
The occurrence of adiabatic shear ba nds in pure tungsten, Ni-W-Fe matrix and tungsten composites is analyzed using models based on flow localization. The method treats localization as a process which begins to develop as a material imperfection at the onset of deformation. The flow softening arising from adiabatic heating is taken to be the diving forc e behind the process. The material parameters of matrix, tungsten and thermal-v iscoplastic model developed by Zhou are used. Calculations show that the two-ph ase composite alloy is more susceptible to shear banding than either of the cons tituent phases and most of the shear deformation is concentrated in matrix of th e composites.
