摘要
“德”、“法”具有共同的经济基础和价值取向 ,都起着调整人们行为的作用。道德影响法律的制定 ,是法律的重要补充和辅助力量 ,法律又引导道德的发展。二者互补 ,有利于国家长治久安。
Morality and law possess common economic foundation and value orientation and play an adjusting role in people's conducts. Morality influences the making of laws and is the important complement and assisting force of law, and law in turn guides the development of morality. They are complementary, which is beneficial to the lasting peace and stability.
