摘要
我国多数200MW及以下容量的锅炉均采用中间储仓式热风送粉系统 ,这些锅炉并未采取有效控制NOX 的排放的措施。文章研究了三次风中的超细煤粉特性以及细粉再燃的机理 ,分析再燃细粉份额、细度 ,主燃区和再燃区过量空气系数以及煤粉在再燃区停留时间等诸多因素对降低NOX 排放的影响。在此基础上 ,提出了三次风再燃降低NOX 的技术方案。利用三次分浓缩再燃技术 ,设备改造少 ,投资和维护费用低 ,降低NOX 排放效果好 。
Most of the boilers below200MW in China adopt coal middle store and hot air to deliver coal system.A majority of these boilers do not take effective measurements to control NO X release.In this artiˉcle,the characteristic of coal in tertiary air and mechanism of fine coal recombustion are studied.Some factors affecting efficiency of reducing NO X including coal share,excess air coefficient in main combustion and recombustion area,the coal remaining time are all discussed in detail.Then a technology project of using coal in tertiary air recombution is put forward.This new technology requires little equipment reconˉstruction,and investment and maintenance cost are also low.It can greatly reduce NO X release and is suitˉable for our country.
