摘要
利用 Mach- Zehnder干涉仪原理 ,把一光纤粘贴在受检材料表面作为一臂 ,制成干涉型光纤传感器 ,用以检测材料的受力情况 ,并导出了光纤在受检测材料的应变与传输光的位相移之间的关系式 。
Because of the property of the fiber optic sensor to other sensors, we measure strain by mounting the fiber on the surface of the material for material evaluation. In this paper, we develop the relationship of the strain on the fiber and the phase of transmitting light in the fiber when there is pressure on the fiber. We design an interferometric strain sensor taking the advantage of the principle of conventional Mach Zehnder interferometer.
