摘要
虽然应用最新信息技术创建数字图书馆系统、建立数字图书馆资源库、开展数字图书馆信息服务研究已成为各国信息行业 ,特别是图书情报行业竞相探讨的热点 ,但至少到目前 ,数字图书馆仍然是一种新概念和新技术 ,许多应用难题尚未得到解决。
Applying the newest information technology to establish the system of Digital Library and its natural resources date base,develop its information service,already becomes the hot point of every country's information trades,particularly,of libraries information trades.But so far,Digital Library is still a kind of new concept and new technique.Many difficult problems in use have not been solved.
