石油开采企业有其独特的生产工艺特点和独特的质量工作特性。分析了采油企业质量管理特性 ,从油田开发生产全过程大质量观的角度 ,就质量方针目标和质量体系要素的确立 。
An analysis is made of the characteristics of quality management in oil exploiting enterprises.From the perspective of overall quality control in oilfield development a discussion is made on how to determine the abjectives of quality policy and the elements of quality system.
