摘要
新时期职工教育应尽快由适应性培训转到全面实施素质教育的轨道上来,而进行思想道德教育是全面实施素质教育的核心与灵魂。在职工教育过程中,抓住提高职工科技文化素质的着力点,开展职工读书自学活动,开发职工的创造能力,这是提高职工队伍整体素质的有效途径。
The workers' education in new period should transinit to fully the excution of quality-oriented education from adaptable training quickly.It's core and soul is ideology and moral education.In the process of workers' education,it is the effectine road to improve the whole quality of workers that we should catch the key to improve workers' technologic and cultural quality,promote workers' reading and study themself activites and tap workers' creative ability.
