摘要
基于对集装箱桥吊工况的模拟和振动监测研究,探讨时间序列分析方法用于桥吊状态监测的可能性和有效性,并对桥吊振动信号AR(自回归)模型的建立及其功率谱估计进行了分析。结果表明,时间序列分析对集装箱桥吊的故障诊断和状态监测是可行和有效的。
Based on the working process simulation and vibration monitoring of a quayside container crane, the possibility and effectiveness of crane condition monitoring are explored by means of time series analysis method. The modeling and power spectra estimation of vibration signals using AR (Auto Regressive) model are discussed. The results show that the time series analysis is feasible and effective for container crane fault diagnosis and condition monitoring.
