摘要
论述了"港区联动"的必然性;分析了"港区联动"的内涵以及在体制、科技、管理等方面的创新;提出了"筑高起点的现代物流产业"、"营造良好的物流发展环境"和"放大'港区联动'产出效应"等论点及其具体实施措施。
With the development of logistics, associating the ports with free trade zones becomes necessary. This paper analyses the content and meaning of this kind of associations, and the innovation in system, science and technology, management and so on. It also puts forward several arguments and measures, such as ' constructing high level modern logistics industry' , 'building a favorable environment for the development of logistics 'and' magnifying the effect of associations'.
