摘要
使用协调EDTA工艺清洗锅炉时 ,应选择好EDTA的质量分数、清洗温度、复合缓蚀剂、清洗液的流速等。如襄樊电厂 2号 30 0MW机组EDTA化学清洗时 ,认真选择了清洗液的组成、清洗系统、加热方式、清洗参数 ,并对几种缓蚀剂的使用效果进行了比较。从而减少了清洗临时系统和设备 ,缩短了清洗工期 。
Using cooperating EDTA for boiler cleaning,the quality fraction,cleaning temperature,compound mitigating agent,flowrate of cleaning liquid,etc.of EDTA should be selected.For example,for EDTA chemical cleaning of No.2 unit in Xiangfan Electric Power Plant the careful selection was executed for composition of cleaning liquid,cleaning system,heating method,cleaning parameters and comparison was done for applicable results of several kinds of mitigating agent.In this way the temporary cleaning system and equipment were reduced and cleaning period also reduced and good cleaning results were obtained.
