摘要
针对我国电力工业的现状及存在的问题 ,提出 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 5年期间电力产业结构调整的重点是 :电力增长和投资结构的调整 ;电源结构的调整 ;电源布局调整 ;电网结构调整。目的是 :实现我国可持续发展和全国能源资源优化配置 ,建立合理的电价机制以及提高城、农网供电可靠性和解决无电地区供电 ,提高电力服务质量。“全国联网、西电东送、南北互供”
Pointing at the current situations and existing problems in the power industry of China, the authors have put forward the key points for adjustment of power industrial structures during 2001～2005: structure regulation of the power growth and investment; structure adjustment of power sources; arrangement adjustment of power sources; structure adjustment of power networks. The adjustment purposes are to realize the continuous development and optimized configuration of the energy resources in China, establish the rational power tariff system, improve the reliability of power supply for urban and country power networks and solve power supply for the regions without electricity, increase the service quality of power supply. 'Interconnection of the whole country, west power transmission to the east, north-south interconnection'is a significant behaves to realize the strategic structural adjustment of the power industry.
