摘要
研究了基于微机的数控加工在线监控技术 ,介绍了光栅及其接口原理 ,开发了数据机床与微机专用通讯接口和系统软件。
Based on PC,the system of on line monitoring in NC processing is studied.This paper introduces the principles of grating and its interface.Special communication interface card of PC and NC machine tool and system software are developed.The research can provide necessary techniques for automatic compensation in the quality assurance system and the reform of the NC machine tool.
