摘要
张钢 10 0 m3高炉扩容后 ,为了提高热风炉能力 ,将原考贝式热风炉改造为球式热风炉。经合理设计 ,热风炉各项指标达到了预期目标 ,风温提高到 95 0～ 10 0 0℃ ,满足了生产需求 ,而且具有投资省。
After having been enlarged the volume of 100m\+3 blast furnace at Zhanggang, in order to increase the capacity of hot air stove, the primary copy type hot air stove was rebuilt into ball type hot air stove. Through reasonable design, all indexes of hot air stove have achieved to expectant goal. The air temperature is improved above 950～1000℃. The production needs can be satisfied and have it has the features of saving investment and taking effect quickly.
