摘要
为了提高钛化物的护炉效果 ,减缓炉底耐火砖的侵蚀速度 ,莱钢炼铁厂对 12 0 m3高炉炉底进行改造 ,增设炉底水冷系统。经合理确定钻孔位置、设计水冷管布置形式及钻孔深度 ,使炉基温度下降并保持稳定 ,为高炉强化冶炼、高炉寿命延长提供了保证。
In order to improve the result of furnace maintenance by Ti compound and reduce the erosion velocity of refractory bricks on the furnace bottom, the furnace bottom of 120m\+3 blast furnace at Laigang is reconstructed and the water-cooling system of bottom for furnace is installed. The drilling places are reasonably selected, the allocation form of cooling pipes and the drilling depth are also designed. Therefore the furnace base temperature can be reduced and be stably kept, thus supplying the assurance to promot the operational intensification and expand the service life of blast furnace.
