摘要
介绍了不同用量的锰矿石对转炉产生的冶金效果。提出在转炉冶炼过程中使用锰矿石能提高冶炼终点钢液中的锰含量 ,降低钢水氧化性 ,节省脱氧合金的用量 ,降低炼钢成本。以吨钢加入锰矿石 10 kg计 ,年综合经济效益可达 2 0 0万元。
Introduces the metallurgical effect of different quantity manganese ores on the converter and puts forward that through using manganese ores in the course of smelting of converter, the content manganese in the molten steel at the end of smelting will be properly improved, the oxidizability of molten steel will be reduced, deoxidation alloy will be saved, and the costs of steelmaking will be reduced. Then for using 10 kg manganese ores per ton steel, the integrative economic benefits per year can reach 2000 thousand yuan.
