结核病分子生物学诊断研究进展 被引量:1

摘要   早期、特异的诊断对于结核病(Tuberculosis,TB)患者的及时治疗以及切断TB传播链、保护易感人群等至关重要[1].WHO在全球TB控制规划中指出,TB主要应通过实验室诊断获得确诊.这一文件确立了实验室诊断在TB控制中的重要作用.传统的TB实验室检查主要是涂片抗酸染色检查和结核分枝杆菌(Mvcobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)培养法.抗酸染色检查敏感性差,细菌量至少要大于5×106/L才能检测到阳性结果,而且无法区分MTB和非MTB感染.MTB培养阳性是TB诊断的金标准,但报告周期过长(2~8周),很难满足临床需要[2].因此,临床迫切需要更为快速、特异和敏感的TB的诊断方法.……
