Microscanning technology in photoelectric imaging system

摘要 在介绍微扫描成像原理的基础上,介绍了目前国际上流行的各种微扫描技术,分析了它们各自的特点和利弊因素,以及在关键技术上有望取得的突破。 Based on the analysis of the microscanning imaging principe,several microscanning equipments around the world are intrduced,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the key technology will be broken in the microscanning domain.
